About the Course
With the three stages of Film Production as our guide, students will learn everything they need to know about how movies are made! Starting with preproduction, campers will develop the skill to outline their ideas visually and create a cohesive narrative. Moving on to the production stage, they'll learn the technical aspects of capturing footage, from selecting the right angles to mastering focus and lighting. Finally, through hands-on editing exercises, campers will discover how to piece together their footage to tell a compelling story. By the end of the course, they'll feel confident in making films, whether they are working independently or collaborating in groups.
