About the Course
Bring your imagination to life through the power of 3D modeling and digital creation. In this camp, students will design and create digital art using Blender, a professional-grade tool used across the game, animation, and film industries. Students will learn the fundamentals of creating and shaping 3D objects, starting with navigation, mesh editing, and object manipulation. They will explore how to apply materials and texture painting to give their models color, depth, and personality. Using Blender’s lighting and camera systems, they will craft visually compelling scenes and render high-quality images. Through hands-on projects, students will transform geometric shapes into custom character, props, and environments, experimenting with industry techniques for clean and efficient design. By the end of camp, each student will have created several original 3D projects that showcase their creativity, technical growth, and understanding of the digital art pipeline.
